<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">Good evening, members. The holiday season brings us many reasons to smile and share kind words as we look forward to the new year. As part of our preparations, our delegation is getting ready to attend the Washington Seminar.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">We kindly ask that chapter divisions and individual members consider contributing to help cover the costs associated with the seminar. These contributions assist the affiliate in providing essential arrangements such as hotel accommodations, airfare, and meals, in addition to other necessary expenses like ground transportation.</FONT></SPAN></P>
