<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">I regret to inform you that Kathy has decided, for personal reasons, to step down from her role as state treasurer as well as chapter president. We respect her decision and appreciate her contributions to our organization.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">Jessica Stover</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Aptos">will be taking over as the new chapter president. We are confident in her leadership and look forward to her guidance as we move ahead.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">I will appoint a new treasurer to fill the position until November. This will ensure a smooth transition and continuity in our financial responsibilities.</FONT></SPAN></P>
