Over the past week, I have been working with several contractors to prepare my home for the upcoming hot summer months. These preparations include installing a completely new central</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Aptos">air sys</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">tem</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos"></FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Aptos">also</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">, I will be getting a new furnace, and the house will be thoroughly insulated to ensure comfort during extreme temperatures.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">I am pleased to share that I qualified for the weatherization program, which has contributed significantly to these improvements. Furthermore, my home warranty insurance replaced my air conditioning unit, making the process more manageable.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">Health Update</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">In addition to these home upgrades, I recently visited my primary care doctor. The medical team was impressed with my test results, especially since my blood pressure, which had previously been high, is now at a healthier level. When asked about any major lifestyle changes, I mentioned that I am now semi-retired.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">Final Thoughts</FONT></SPAN></P>
