Over the past week, I have been working with several contractors to prepare my home for the upcoming hot summer months. These preparations include installing a completely new central</font></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"> <font face="Aptos">air sys</font></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos">tem</font></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos"></font></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"> <font face="Aptos">also</font></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"></span><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos">, I will be getting a new furnace, and the house will be thoroughly insulated to ensure comfort during extreme temperatures.</font></span></p>
<p dir="LTR"><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos">I am pleased to share that I qualified for the weatherization program, which has contributed significantly to these improvements. Furthermore, my home warranty insurance replaced my air conditioning unit, making the process more manageable.</font></span></p>
<p dir="LTR"><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos">Health Update</font></span></p>
<p dir="LTR"><span lang="en-us"><font face="Aptos">In addition to these home upgrades, I recently visited my primary care doctor. The medical team was impressed with my test results, especially since my blood pressure, which had previously been high, is now at a healthier level. When asked about any major lifestyle changes, I mentioned that I am now semi-retired.</font></span></p>
