Hello All,

 

I'm not sure that the issue is the availability of the phone line, but more
the opportunity for others to join the meetings. We don't want for potential
participators to choose between the organization that they will join.

 

With that in mind, we have had our time slot prior to any other organization
wanting to meet on that hour. I can't understand why we need to give up our
time slot. I guess that we are just kind like that. If we are having
problems, my suggestion is to find another week of the month that we can
have our meetings on Sunday night at 7 pm. I can meet on any other Sunday,
except the third Sunday. My Fraternity meets at 8 pm that Sunday and I am
the president.

                Gang, I think I have come up a answer to get our 7 pm time
meeting time back. 

Do we not use a different phone number than the other folk?

If this correct, then I do not see why we cannot have our meetings at the
same on the same day?  What do you all think?  I will contact Sue Ott to ask
her this question.
