So if I missed any names, please let me know.</div><div><br></div><div>The Diabetes Action Network of Ohio meeting, took place, Monday, May 11, at 6:30; PM.</div><div><br></div><div>Everyone had an opportunity to submit prayer requests. A silent prayer took place.</div><div><br></div><div>All in attendance are as follows.</div><div>President Joanne Williams.</div><div>Vice President. Delcenia Brown.</div><div>Treasurer. Kia Mountain, a Cardiologist Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cleveland Medical Center. We learned about maintaining good physical health , along with emotional health as well. Taking care of your heart, kidneys, and metabolic system, are keys to good healthy living, through exercising, and maintaining a good diet. Visit your Doctor, as often as needed, and watch out for your overall health habits.</div><div><br></div><div>The Secretaries report has been tabled. Due to David Perry being absent.</div><div>Moved by Delcenia Brown, and seconded by Frankie Jones. Motion passed.</div><div><br></div><div>Colleen gave the treasurers report.</div><div>Beginning balance. $1,361.41.</div><div>A withdraw of $265. $20 for Amy Baren, for winning door prize. $245 to assist Delcenia for attending Leadership Conference. Ending balance. $1,091.41.</div><div>PAC gets taken out each month in the amount of $10.</div><div>Delcenia moved to accept the report, and Linda seconded.</div><div>Motioned passed.</div><div><br></div><div>The fund raising report was tabled.
