Will he slam the door on ideas on how to circumvent the TAC or will he leave the door cracked?  Lauren McClarney, an attorney from Baltimore who has handled several Randolph-Sheppard vendor grievances of late, will provide an analysis of some recent court cases that limit the ability of blind vendors to collect damages from SLAs.  It’s that whole sovereign immunity issue.  So, is it impossible to get damages?  Maybe not.  And Joe Choquette with VIstar has some important information for us as well.
