[PABS] PREConvention Minutes

Hey everyone!
Here are the minutes for September!! Note that there is currently 
a registration link up for convention, and also that it is right 
around the corner so if you need funding do let Hindley know and 
if you're taking Megabus buy your ticket ASAP so that it's really 
inexpensive ;)
Thank you so much to Angel for helping out with these minutes!!! 
If anyone else is interested in running for secretary do let me 
know so that you can get a practice run in there before you 
commit.  (Only if that sounds interesting to you, it's NOT a
