Hello all:
Even though this is not blind related, this is beneficial to most of us.
I recently found out that GoPuff will give $50 to new and
existing customers if they have an EBT card. This is to help EBT
recipients during the government shutdown.
The $50 is split into 2 payments. The first $25 is in the beginning of
November and the second $25 is available during the 2nd half of November.
I tried it myself and had some groceries delivered to my house yesterday
Please see below for information that I copied from their website on the
steps to take. I am also linking the article source below the steps.
1. Add a SNAP EBT card to your Gopuff account (how to). No action needed if
you already have a SNAP card added to your account.
2. Add SNAP-eligible groceries to your cart.
3. From November 1 at 10 a.m. Eastern to November 15, 2025: use code
SNAPRELIEF1 at checkout for $25 off SNAP-eligible items and FREE delivery.
4. From November 16 to November 30, 2025: Use code SNAPRELIEF2 at checkout
for $25 off SNAP-eligible items and FREE delivery.

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.
