Good morning!

I understand that Tim needed to cut back a bit, so he has resigned as
Chapter Treasurer. Please join me in thanking Tim for stepping up to the
plate and for recognizing when he needed to step back. Both are hard to do,
and I truly appreciate his leadership in doing each!

Chapter President Jason Polansky has asked me to resume the duties of
Chapter Treasurer, and I have agreed to do so.

Please join me in welcoming Tricia Kowalczyk to our Chapter.

Please find set forth below and attached hereto the Chapter Treasurer's
Report for this Saturday's meeting. It combines both March and April bank
activity.

Please note that I cannot attend Saturday's rescheduled meeting due to
