Sounds like a worthwhile project, David

 

One problem I have on connecting my iPhone to a speaker using Bluetooth is that VoiceOver will randomly start speaking at maximum volume.  Then it reverts back to the normal setting.  

 

If anyone can suggest a fix, I’d appreciate it.  And if others are having the problem, you could make a short audio tutorial on how to apply the fix.

 

Or maybe this behavior is just a bug that Apple needs to fix?
