[PACapitalChapter] Tomorrow's chapter meeting- Virtual only due to upcoming snow

Hello all, 
I have decided that with the upcoming snow tonight, it is probably best to only meet virtually this month. 
That being said, it seems that scheduling a meeting space with Dauphin County Library was not difficult and something that we should look into for next month and beyond.
