national representative at this year’s NFB of PA State Convention! Tracy is
a dedicated leader within the National Federation of the Blind, serving as
President of the NFB of Virginia, Chair of the Kenneth Jernigan Scholarship
Fund, and as an esteemed member of the NFB Board of Directors. His
experience, insights, and dedication to our movement make him an inspiring
and engaging representative.
