This is George Peters' wife, Cordelia. I have sad news for the chapter and state NFB. George, also known as Nick, passed away unexpectedly while on a cruise. We had taken this cruise because it went to Japan, a country he had always hoped to visit. He was thrilled to have been able to tour it, but at our ship's last port, Honolulu, Hawaii, he had what seemed to be a heart attack in the middle of the night. The ship's medical personnel worked diligently to save him but could not revive him. I arranged to have him cremated there. His ashes will be sent home. I will make the funeral arrangements once I receive them.  I will keep the chapter informed. You can send out this information to the chapter members. Thank you.
