[PACapitalChapter] State Convention Registration Page Restored

Hey there PA Federationists,

We have fixed the issue with our State Convention registration page. 
Convention registration will remain open through Sunday, November 2, 
2025. That's tomorrow. If you are looking to purchase any meals, please 
do so before the day ends on Sunday.

If you have trouble with the page, please let me know.

If you are looking to register for the Exhibit Hall, that issue has not 
been fixed yet. The developers are working on that problem. Contact me 
and I will get you setup for a table in our Exhibit Hall.
