Hello everyone,

If you live in Pennsylvania and would like to vote in the November 2, 2021,
general election using the accessible mail-in ballot, please visit the
following web page provided by the Pennsylvania Department of State and
follow the instructions:

https://www.vote.pa.gov/Voting-in-PA/Pages/Accessible-Remote-Ballot-Marking-
Solution-for-Mail-Voting.aspx

Pennsylvania has again contracted with Democracy Live to offer a way to
electronically mark your ballot through an accessible online interface, then
you need to print it and enclose it inside a secrecy envelope and then
inside the mailing envelope, both of which will be sent to you after you
request your accessible mail-in ballot.

There are two steps you need to follow, which are explained on the web page
above: You first need to request a mail-in ballot, just as anyone else
would do, and there is a link to it on the web page. The second step is to
request the accessible option for your mail-in ballot, and there is a link
to that short form on the web page above, too.

If you have any questions after reading the web page above and following its
instructions, please send email to vote at nfbp.org <mailto:vote at nfbp.org> and
someone will contact you to help.

Voting is a precious right of all citizens, so please vote in whatever
manner you prefer. This accessible mail-in ballot is just one option, but it
is very helpful if you cannot get to the polling location on November 2 or
if you prefer not to go to the polling place due to concerns over covid. The
October 26 deadline for requesting your mail-in ballot is quickly
approaching, so please do not delay.

Warmly,
Joe
