We all face depression from time to time, especially as we face loss of sight. </div><div class="">So, let's talk about how to deal with our depression and discuss ways we might even avoid depression. </div><div class="">There is no one way to deal with depression, we are all different. </div><div class="">As a social work student majoring in mental health some 30 years ago, we looked at depression and we learned as I said, there is no easy answer, no magic pill, it takes work. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">During our discussion we want to remember that we don't want to make each other depressed, rather we want to encourage everyone to fight depression in whatever way works best for that person. </div><div class="">I am thinking we have all faced depression and we all have suggestions for what has worked for us as individuals.
