What were you doing at age 19? Baltimore native Gary Cammerer, who is 
starting college in Monroe, Louisiana, has just accepted a volunteer 
post with a national performing arts nonprofit. A DJ and writer of soul, 
RB and reggae, he brings a New Age, family-friendly approach to hip-hop. 
He has strong criticisms of America's failure to teach blind kids Braille.
