Hi all,
When I was in high school in 1967, my theme song was "Back on the Street
Again" by the Sunshine Company. It surfaced after every break-up and
took on special meaning during the 12 years I supported myself as a
street singer in Philadelphia. I was also crazy about the song "Darcy
Farrow" by John Denver. It took me years to realize that they and many
other songs I enjoyed were written by indie singer-songwriter Steve
Gillette. I recently interviewed him for Suite 101 and thought some of
you might enjoy.
Blessings,
Donna Hill
