[Perform-talk] Convention

Hello all.
The 2010 convention is quickly approaching.  One of the ways that the performing arts division funds the scholarship program and other great projects is by fund raising.  Each year the division has a table in the exhibit hall of the convention.  It is important that the table is staffed at all times.  The table is open Sunday, July 4 from 9AM to 5PM, Monday, July 5 from 9AM to 5PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 2PM.  If you would like to give some of your time to help the division at the table, please send a message to Dennis Sumlin at DHolston at nyc.rr.com at let him know the times that you have to spend at the PAD table.  From those times, a shift will be picked for you.
