Here’s the Day1 schedule for our two-day entertainment showcase.
All times are in eastern time:
12Noon To 12:05PM: - FSN World News Report2

This will be your 5-day-a-week look at news from around the world, heard Monday through Friday at this time starting Monday July 11 unless live programming or specials are on the air.

12:05PM To 3:00PM: - Brit Rock With Dominick Forbes
Normally heard Saturday afternoons, join Dominick Forbes from London playing the best in classic rock from the USA and the UK. And you never know who he just might interview during his program.

This show is being heard today as part of our showcase special.

3:00PM To 4:40PM: - Be Our Guest Be Our Guest
Listen to the three interviews that have already been aired on our station. Learn how we handle our guests and the different types of people we're willing to interview, regardless of who is on the air. Our interviews are always available as podcasts you can download after they've aired. Hear and meet the three unique and amazing people we've been fortunate enough to have spoken with so far. Lucky us!

4:40PM To 6:50PM: - The Sound And Sight Volume1 Audio Documentary
Here is your opportunity to meet the National Federation Of The Blind's Performing Arts Division. Back in 2007, PAD created Sound And Sight, an album featuring songs from blind musicians from all over the country. I had the honor of interviewing some of these artists and putting together a special presentation on the album's music and on the artists. While some have heard this presentation, others not as familiar with the division will have a chance to hear a little division history and some great music. This will set the stage for tomorrow's Volume2 presentation.

7:00PM To Approximately 8:30PM: - Nabs On Deck And The Election Forum Call
Nabs stands for
The National Association Of Blind Students
a division of
The National Federation Of The Blind
Once a month, the NFB's student division holds monthly conference calls to help students who are blind and have questions about issues pertaining to school, college, etc. Issues come up ranging from

  a.. Dating And Relationships
b.. Getting textbooks into an accessible format
c.. Blindness skills training and the three main NFB training centersAnd more...

We at AudioAccessRadio have agreed to carry these calls, normally once a month on a Sunday night at 7 PM eastern. Tonight's call is a special one concerning student elections for the Nabs board that will take place at this year's national convention in Orlando.
Normally during Nabs On Deck, we'll play some music to get people prepped for the call, or in special cases such as tonight, we'll do a pre-call interview. And tonight, we'll be speaking with a Nabs board member so you can find out about the division, since this is our first ever Nabs presentation to air here.

Nabs On Deck will start at 7 PM eastern tonight, with the election forum call to start at 7:30PM.

9:00PM - The Jukebox With DJ Doug And DJ Lissa
This show normally airs at 8 PM eastern on Wednesdays, but will start an hour later due to tonight's special.

There are some great songs from the 80's and 90's and even from the past few years that are amazing tunes, but they just don't get played on today's radio, satellite, or online stations. This fact has caused Melissa and Doug so much distress that they have decided to bring you a show that showcases these tunes, your requests and favorite songs, and anything else they think is interesting and worth sharing. It's a hodgepodge of different songs by one happy-go-lucky couple that enjoys each other, the music they play, and seeing you the listener smile. Your requests are welcome too, so tune in and give them a chance, you'll be glad you put on The Jukebox, and to think...You didn't even have to put a coin in the slot.

We’ll be posting the Day2 version of the schedule some time late tonight or tomorrow.
