The majority of this album is made up of original solo piano compositions
which I've recorded over the past couple of years. It will be a bit of a
surprise to those who own my first album, "Expressions".

You can submit an album review on the CD Baby page, or, you can e mail it to
me and I'll post it for you on my web site.

Regarding what I used, here is a list:

Yamaha S90es

ADK rack mount quad core

Motu 896MK3 firewire interface

Art MPA pro stereo tube preamp

Presonus blue tube preamp

Larrivee LV03r acoustic electric guitar

Epiphone les paul standard

Samson Rubicon 5A active nearfield monitors

Jaws 10

Sonar 8.5 producer using both JSonar and CakeTalking at various times.

Hypersonic 2

Endorphin free synth

Vox bujex amp sim plug in

This was recorded over a couple years so my gear setup changed a bit during
that time. I recorded the Larrivee direct through the Presonus, and the
Yamaha through the Art, setting moderate tube gain on both. I ran the les
paul direct into the interface and used the amp sim plug listed above. I
decided to use the Yamaha grand piano patch as it sounded better than the
"in the box" piano offerings I had at hand at the time. I happen to think
that the piano patches on the S and Motif series are quite good. The sound
designers at Yamaha do a great job.

I have Ivory 2 now, which is amazing. However, I may still use the Yamaha
piano patches on certain things. I did all of the midi and audio editing in
Sonar, using jfw and the two script packages above.

Chris Smart mastered the album. I highly recommend him! You can check out
his site at:

If anyone has any questions about the various stages of a project like this,
feel free to get in touch.

Thanks for reading!

Cameron.
