hello - 
 within regards to the soundcloud site, it indeed is accessible via the mac browser. 
 chances are though, you are on windows. 
 either way, my problem with sound cloud is you can only upload 2 hours of content and then you are done. 
 my advice to you is to not use sound cloud. what i use is a site called 
 http://www.yourlisten.com 
 totally accessible, files are unlimited.
