Hi Sandra and all,

In order to perform at the talent competition, all you have to do is fill
out this form and send me that along with an accompaniment track if you need
it.

The performance should not exceed five minutes.  You can choose if you have
your own accompanist (there will be a piano available), or you can bring a
track with you.

You can also sign up to perform by finding me at the convention and giving
me this information then.  I will be at all division events.
