[Perform-Talk] Joining PAD

Hi Bridgit,

I apologize that noone from the division has responded to you.  We
definitely welcome you to join the division!  :)

We are in the process of setting up a new bank account.  When this is
complete, you will be able to pay dues and join officially.  Thank you
for your interest in the division...  New members are the way we
build, and you, the membership, will be the driving force behind many
of the programs and projects we choose to undertake in the future.
