Hi,

Please forgive the mass email. I wasn't sure who I should reach out to
at the National Federation of the Blind.

I am a casting director for the CBS series, NCIS. We are casting a
character who is blind and we would like to find an actress to play
this role who is blind or has low vision. I'm reaching out to multiple
resources to find candidates to audition for us, but we are finding
very few actresses. Please let me know if you have anyone in mind who
might be right. Attached are PDFs of the sides (audition scenes) and
breakdown with the character description. This episode will film in
Los Angeles 3/6 to 3/15 and we need to cast the role by March 1st.

Also, our producers and writer would like to connect with someone to
ensure the portrayal of this character is as authentic and as accurate
as possible. Please let me know who I can have them contact.
