[Perform-Talk] Performing Arts Division Elections 2020

Hi all.
I am Cierra and I am running for A position on the National Federation Of The Blind Performing Arts Division board. I have been a member of this division since 2017  win I had the privilege of attending my first convention with the Louisiana Center For The Blind step program which I was in.  The National Federation Of The Blind continues to show me every day that blind people can live independently and live the lives we want. I believe I would be right for this position because I would like to help this division thrive and show everyone that we as blind performers deserve to perform in any way we want. I would be honored to help out with any task I am givin and handle it with grace and care. my dream is to show the world that people with disabilities can perform and use our talents like anyone else. The arts hold a big place in my heart and it is something I am deeply passionate about. I try to get myself involved in anything performance related I can get my hands, or feet on. LOL. I am a hard worker and believe my ideas will contribute greatly to this organization. Can’t wait to see what we have planned for convention and I’m so excited for our meeting.
