[Perform-Talk] Dues, elections, and constitution for convention 2023

hello all,

first of all thanks katalyn for putting out this lenghtly announcement
for the updates for our upcoming meeting and talent show to be held at
convention this year in houston.

i greatly appreciate this from you. i will be paying my dues through
the paypal link soon. also, thanks also for the us doing and, also
getting updates of the consitution before we meet in person in houston
for us to vote on in person and, hopefully virtually for those who
can't attend in person.

i'am sorry that lesile had to step down as our board member but, i do
understand on how things get in life.

again, thanks for the updates for the division for this summer's
convention houston and, i also can't wait to see you all in houston
this summer and, also for the upcoming meeting too!
