[Perform-Talk] Board Announcement

hello katalyn,

thanks for this awesome announcement for filling chris's shoes since
he is no longer as the secretary due to medical and other issues in
his life. i don't know julia at all and, unfortunately i didn't have
the opporunity to meet her this summer in texas since she wasn't there
in person but, so far i think that she has done a awesome job!

i'am sure that for her doing double duty for the next year in 2024 she
will be doing both secretary and board member jobs. i too am also from
her home state and, i have reached out to her on this list but, maybe
i need to do it privately too!
