Hello again, all!

 

We in the Performing Arts Division hope you have exciting and/or restful
weekends ahead of you. However, before you settle in for time with friends
and family or a good binge of your favorite fall show (I'm looking at you
Gilmore Girls!) we wanted to drop a final reminder regarding the below
announcement. Please note that the deadline to submit your audition is
end-of-day on October 31st - and that is not a trick!

 

October has nearly come and gone, which means our division has turned its
attention toward the upcoming holiday season(s.)

 

And we all know what that means . . . It's time to begin preparing for the
delivery of 2026 Valentine's Day Telegrams!

 

We are again seeking talented, flexible, friendly performers (vocalists and
instrumentalists alike) to join our delivery crew for the upcoming telegram
fundraiser!

 

As some may already know, the Performing Arts Division collects orders from
anyone interested in spreading joy for various holiday seasons as a
fundraiser for our division, and we need your assistance in making this
dream a reality.

31, 2025:

Name

Instrument

Phone number

Short biography/level of performance experience

An audio recording of yourself performing one verse and chorus of a popular
holiday tune

 

Please feel free to record either a winter holiday song or a popular love
song.

 

Finalists will be notified in November and scheduled for a mock telegram
delivery. Please note that all deliveries will be completed utilizing
technology, such as text messages, emails, and voicemails; no in-person
deliveries are required.

 

Interested individuals should be willing to commit to a brief training call
and approximately 6 to 10 hours of preparation and telegram delivery during
delivery windows. We will always verify that you are available before asking
you to take on responsibilities during a telegram season, so if you're
available this time but don't feel comfortable committing to future runs,
that's okay! We still encourage you to submit your materials for
consideration.
