Hello Noah,

I notice from your email that you appear to be a student of Voice and wonder whether you have some student funding for transcription. I apologise that I don’t know how these things work outside the UK where I am based. I suspect that for an excerpt such as you mention the best solution would be for somebody to transcribe this specifically for you or input it into Musescore. Bear in mind that vocal music is more complex to produce from software such as Sao Mai and the results can be variable.

The other alternative is to simply go low tech and get somebody to dictate it to you and write it on a PC with six-key entry or onto paper. It’s laborious, but it’s possible and it can even be helpful in starting the process of memorising it. I have sometimes resorted to this when all else fails, depending on the length of the excerpt you need.

Yes, that's correct, and A somewhat obscure opera to boot as far as I know. Unfortunately, the section I need is a recit prior to the final aria so it's doubtful that would be floating around on its own, which is why I'm hunting for the entire thing.

Hi Noah and all, I just looked it up and La clemenza di Tito appears to be
an entire opera, right? If you're looking for the entire opera score then
that's extremely unlikely to be in an accessible format in its entirety.
Brailleorch.org is a wonderful resource, but as far as I know the bulk of
the vocal music on there is lieder-type stuff. I found excerpts and stuff
on musescore.com, but the quality is highly variable because it's a
community-upload site, though I still find it useful. It would be good to
know if you're looking for the entire opera, excerpts of it, parts, etc.
