[Pibe-division] SAT Tests

I dunno specifically about the SAT, but the tests i took through ETS for my teacher certifications were offered to me in braille if iw anted it and they didnt mention me having to pay any special fee for it. I know i took the SAT in LArge Print and didnt have to pay anything special

is being told that ETS will be happy to provide the SAT in braille for a mere 
$250.00 extra. Is this usual?
