[Pibe-division] Eye Report

I have seen it referred to as "Fixates and Follows".   Often an observation 
of a very young child, or one with other disabilities  who is not able to 
communicate what they are seeing. The examiner is noting that  the child 
visually fixated on an object and visually followed it as it  moved....

Has anyone ever seen F/F on an eye report instead of  an acuity?   Any idea
