Well, the NABS list is for students over 12. That pretty much puts it
at just high school and college. And it is often a good thing for high
school students to be exposed to what college is like. The National
Association of Blind Students is a great place for high school
students to get experience of what it's like for other students and
support from other high school and college students. They can also ask
college students about their schools, and get feedback on colleges
they are considering, as well as how college goes. NABS also has local
groups, which bring together blind students in the state.
I don't know if that is helpful at all, but NABS is a great group to
be a part of, and the list is always talkign about issues that pertain
to students here and now.
