Hello every fellow educator and blind consumer:

I feel that I should share this information with every person on this list. There is a Journal for both blind consumers and educators of the blind by the nfb called 
JBIR: The Journal of Blindness Innovation and Research
Registration is free. 

 

 Please be aware that there are two scholarly journals. The first is of the Journal of   Visual impairment and Blindness, JVIB, published by AFB with a subscription per year for $35 per year online subscription. It's priced reasonably and I am subscribed to this journal. Lastly, if people are members of AER the journal is now called "Insights" It's published quarterly. Additionally, the Council for exceptional children Division on Visual Impairment publishes a quarterly publication known as DVIQ.
