[Pibe-division] Using smart board

Hello all,
Have any of you worked with a smart board with students who are blind?  Also, have any of you blind professionals developed smart board activities?  As part of my masters degree and teaching certification I am taking a special ed math class in which the prof wants us to learn to develop smart board activities for many of our lessons.  I am developing my lessons with blind students in mind and am wondering if there is a way to provide access to the information on the smart board.  I am also wanting to know if I will be able to develop the smart board activities.  At first glance, the smart board software does not seem accessible with voiceover on the mac.  I would like to hear if others have had experiences with this technology.
