Read2go only works with bookshare.
Apex same as any other braille display with ibooks---some will read, some will not---it is a gamble but always worth a try to see which ones you can---you could put it through good reader to make it readable--other options like this also, just a few more steps
Web braille, translates right on the apex--always fab
on wordchamp--parts will be accessible---great deal not---he will need a sighted partner for this to do the flash and inaccessible sections

>The boys started school Wednesday. All the 5th graders in our district will be issued iPads in the next few weeks (good prep for middle school, where all the kids 6-7th grade) will be issued iPads. To up the ante & add to our challenge, Vejas started 10th & his intro to iPad use in school will be in Spanish, mostly off a website called www.wordchamp.com ( I'm still not sure if I should use a :-) or a :-( yet )

bottom of the screen. So, once you are in general and you know that
"Accessibility" is near the bottom, then tap four fingers near the bottom of the
screen and then flick back one. This is just one way. I hope to hear of
others.

>>>Hi. I have been on the road all week, and still am. I have copied Amy Mason on this message, as she is a very capable and knowledgeable technology specialist at the National Center and can probably assist you greatly. I am certain that your questions are shared by several on this list, yours truly being in that number. A great weekend to everyone.

I know that the BrailleNote can be used to navigate & have VoiceOver read the book aloud, but my kids find it faster & more pleasurable (& they remember better) by reading the words tactilely themselves. Are all iBooks readable with the refreshable braille display & if not is there an easy way to tell?
