I have a degree in special education and extra course work to get my certification in VI. I myself do not do O&M, but some TVI's are dual certified. What state are you in? If you are interested in certification, the path to certification varies From state to state. I am in Texas.

Braille, reading, writing, math, social studies.....we can and often do, do it all. Social skills, body language, sex Ed, you name it...a TVI has done it....well a good TVI has anyway.
