Other than the time specifically for sponsors of the convention, exhibitors and venders are the same thing. During some time periods (generally of an evening) only sponsors are open in the exhibit hall. The agenda will be coming out in June, but you can count on things being open on the day of registration, and the day of the board meeting, all day.
