> position. This individual will be responsible for developing long and 
> short-term plans, goals and objectives for the library program and 
> supervising up to eighteen (18) positions. Duties and responsibilities to

> *       Investigate, develop, recommend and implement alternative methods 
> for service delivery; additional services or service enhancements to 
> ensure optimal use of library services by the greatest number of eligible 
> users.
> *       Individual will investigate alternative sources of funding 
> including writing, applying for, securing and monitoring grant resources.
> *       Will perform assignments at the discretion of the Department 
> Director which impact the performance of the department as a whole,
