[Pibe-division] two assistive technology questions

When I want to open a PDF in Kurzweil I put it in a folder in Kurzweil
and then open Kurzweil, go to the folder and the document. When I
open it Kurzweil does the rest. I am sure there is a faster way. I
can't help with the ebook because I don't do that.
