[Pibe-division] note-taking device for first time learner

Oh yes, students in first grade are using notetakers and braille
displays.  It allows them to keep up with their peers and they can
turn in their work directly to the teacher instead of needing it
transcribed.  I believe the earlier technology is introduced the
better.
