[Pibe-division] TVI Training

I have a bechelor's degree in special education with emphasis on teaching the blind/visually impaired in 2001.  I never got my state certification for a variety of reasons.  I currently teach Braille to adults in a program where students return to their homes after classes.  I wanted to get my actual state certification.  Since it has been a while, I probably would do well to take some courses to get the latest information on effective teaching techniques and other stuff.
