Hello.

I visited the following URL.

http://www.windoweyesforoffice.com/

According to this URL, "GW Micro, in collaboration with Microsoft, is
excited to provide people who are blind, visually impaired, or print
disabled with a completely functional* and free license of GW Micro's
Window-Eyes screen reader. Microsoft is offering customers who have a
licensed** version of Office 2010 or later the ability to download
Window-Eyes, a screen reader for Windows PCs, free of charge."

After reading this text, and also reading similar information on the NFB
Access Technology Blog, It seems quite clear to me that the free version
of Window Eyes that is now being offered is a full copy. The only
stipulation is that the Window's user must have Microsoft Office 2010 or
later on his or her computer. If this requirement is met, the language
says that the free version of Window Eyes will be a "completely
functional* and free license".

Sincerely,

Ben
