[Pibe-division] GW Micro is now free

To clarify this a little, you get the full version of Window-Eyes, but it depends upon one having Office 2010 or 
2013 installed on the machine.  In other words, it works on all software but would be a demo if you were to load 
it on a computer without Office or with Office 2007 or before.  There are also limits to the technical support 
available when using this arrangement.  However, it does work on the "whole machine."  You could not move your 
copy to another computer that did not have Office 2010 or 2013 as you could if you had purchased Window-Eyes.

I think that is what was meant in the note below, but I thought it could be misinterpreted.
