NBA ANNOUNCES Braille Formats: Principles of Print to Braille Transcription, 2011 Certification Exam is now available!

Formal recognition as a braille textbook transcriber assures those who contract for braille that the contractor hired has a clear knowledge of the formatting guidelines for transcribing educational materials.

The certification exam will test your knowledge of applying the guidelines found in Braille Formats: Principles of Print to Braille Transcription, 2011.  Submission and success in completing the test are required in order to receive a certificate from the National Braille Association.  A passing grade on the exam is 80 or above.
