[Pibe-division] Free UEB Braille courses from Hadley

*Hadley School for Professionals Studies and Family Education Programs:*

Hadley has discontinued its “Introduction to Braille” and “Contracted
Braille” courses. Revised courses reflecting the newly adopted Unified
English Braille Code (UEB) are in development. Activation of new courses is
expected to begin Summer 2015.

The following courses remain available:

   - Braille Music Basics
   - Basic Nemeth Code
   - Braille Teaching Methods for Children
   - Braille Teaching Methods for Adolescents and Adults
   - Braille and Your Baby or Toddler
   - Transitioning to Unified English Braille

Note that any Hadley student currently enrolled in a discontinued braille
course is permitted to complete that course.
