Hello all,
I wanted to thank you all for all of the offers and advice. I really appreciate it!
Since I am visiting the NFB Jernigan Institute this week for the Legislative Director's Seminar, I picked up a beginner's Braille book, a slate & stylus, a couple reams of Braille paper, some Braille notecards and Braille labelling tape. I was also able to get a hands on Braille lesson from Ellen here at the Independence Market. I am now up to the letter "J" on my second day of practicing and am having a blast learning! I'll keep you all updated and I'll also let you know if I need any help.
Thanks again!
