[Pibe-division] VR services MD

I need some information on VR services in MD.  I am communicating with a
woman who lives in MD and has a VR counselor.  This woman lives at home
with her parents and needs to learn nonvisual skills so she can become
independent.  They offered to pay for a rehabilitation teacher but the
mother wll not let anyone come into her home.  Does MD VR pay for someone
to attend a center and if so, what center would she attend?  I live in OH
so don't know about services in MD.
