I am in Ohio and I was able to get a teacher's edition by using a student's name and requesting through Federal Quota Funds. Mine is from 2010 so I have to remember the differences between EBAE and UEB. I haven't felt the need to purchase a new Braille manual since it is so expensive. I use my money to purchase updates for JAWs, my Braille displays, Duxbury...
